ESL Day is a Canada-based teaching-materials service operated personally by Chuan Yu Chen (Justin Chen). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using materials

Your subscription licenses you, the subscribing teacher, to use materials personally in your own classes, online or in person, including with your students. You may not redistribute or resell the materials or upload them to shared libraries. Free samples are available as described on the site. Membership gives you view-only access to the full member library in Google Slides. Links may be refreshed, so open lessons from the site and do not bookmark or share the Slides links.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Membership costs US$4.99 monthly or US$49.00 yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable rate until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal in account billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then member access ends. See our refund policy.

Accounts and service

Keep your account secure and do not share access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, including unauthorized distribution. Materials are provided as available, without a guarantee that they will suit every class or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, ESL Day is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

We may change these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated terms and date here; material changes will be communicated where appropriate. The laws of Canada and of the province where the operator resides govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
